I remember before thinking that the only way to describe myself was through societies identity of me - a mother, a wife, a science nerd, a funny friend, a biz owner etc. But in reality, I am so much more than that. And so are you.

You know you are curious about what more pleasure in your life might look like, could it really shift that much? Is it actually worth it? The effort? The time? The money?

Ummm YES.

Society may put us in boxes and told us pleasure didn't matter and sexuality wasn't important.  But they were dead wrong. Pleasure is what will fuel you and incorporating your sexuality is what makes you feel whole. 

So let's break free from who we think we should be and start living the fulfilling life we deserve.
