The Turned On Woman Challenge is all about helping you wake up that sensual woman inside. For four days you will receive an email with a daily practice, challenge, and bite-sized training aimed to get you turned on and excited about a sexy Saturday session with your partner or yourself!
Even if it has been awhile or you had great sex yesterday this challenge will help you create anticipation, ooey gooey desire and an approach to enjoying your body in all her glory.
Our lives are busy, and despite the love you may have for your partner, autopilot happens! Monotony and living with your lover like a roommate happens. Rejection of our own bodies and our innate sensuality is a byproduct of culture we live in. This challenge will help you break free of that.
How it works?
You will schedule a sexy session with yourself or your lover for Saturday April 10th - and don’t worry I will help you know HOW to actually schedule it and have that conversation.
For four days leading up to your sexy session you will do a daily practice to get you out of your head and in touch with your body. You will get one email from me Wed-Sat, that will include a mini lesson and tips to ignite that desire, prepare for obstacles, and get your mind in the right space to experience delicious pleasure. Plus fun bonuses like a yummy playlist and guided meditation to prepare your body for sexy times!
And as an added bonus you can join our private pop-up FB group to share your celebrations and breakthroughs throughout the challenge and connect with other women in a safe and supportive community. I will be popping in there to add extra little bits of sexy inspiration as well as offer support if you get stuck!
On Sunday I will be going LIVE in the FB group to answer questions and offer how you may keep this spark going beyond the challenge.
